Pyroshock tester

Description
What is Pyroshock:

Pyroshock refers to the structural changes that occur during instantaneous stress or impact to determine compliance with safety standards.

Intense stress waves propagate through the entire structure when these stress waves occur. The key concern is whether the product can maintain functionality and integrity after the stress event.

Shock Response Spectrum (SRS) analysis is used to measure the acceleration and total energy of the applied shock pulse in each frequency segment. The SRS is a curve that reflects the energy spectrum of the structural response to a single-degree-of-freedom shock pulse. The interaction of shock pulses and structural responses generates specific harmonic responses across various frequency ranges.

KDI utilizes a unique patented design to effectively simulate Pyroshock, enabling safe and efficient test simulations that accelerate customer product development timelines.

We have designed and fulfilled numerous customized testing requirements for customers, providing equipment for use in customer laboratories.
