DP-201 ( Shock/Bump Multifunctional Tester )
This tester is the only multifunctional testing equipment that combines bump and shock test; using high-speed lifting mechanism design to save the long waiting time needed by performing traditional test. The maximum test speed is up to or over 12 times per minute for shock tests; and 90 times per minute for bump tests. It is the most high-speed test equipment among all similar test equipments; able to quickly and easily adjust the stroke and comply with all international test specifications. The low power consumption’s design enables the tester to be operated at any location under city power supply; no need to install an extra power supply for testing. The light-weight control system is very easy to operate; just need take five minutes before ready to operate this tester. DP-1200 ( Shock Tester )
Shock test is a kind of destructive test that helps understand product’s structural strength and anti-shock or drop characteristics, such as the surge wave environment of free drop or hit by external force. Running the shock test also can effectively estimate product’s strength limit and consistency to production line. After realizing the weakness and character of specimen’s mechanical structure under shock impact, use lab data to analyze product’s anti-shock strength and effectively prevent damage from it.
DP-1200-18 ( High-acceleration shock tester )
The precise-type high-acceleration shock tester can provide all half-sine short wave specification specified in JESD22-B110. To meet them, merely change different shock rubber-pad on shock seat. The wave is complete with high repeatability, able to provide user accurate test result.

KD-163 ( Bump Tester )
The purpose of bump test is to know when the specimen encounters repetitive mechanical-hit environment, the accumulation of its damage and degradation of specific functions. It also can be used to assess the structural integrity.
This bump test is to simulate the possible repetitive impacting effects that the equipment and components in the transporting process; it is mainly testing for the non-packaging or carton-packed specimens. For the latter case, carton shall be tested together with the specimens.
During test, the test specimens are usually fixed to the fixture or on the shock tester’s platform; and use the repetitive half-sine wave to impact the specimens. Duplicated frequency of a half-sine wave, wave peak and the holding time will follow the requirements specified in the relevant specification.
