ACS chambers can be integrated with an automatic pedal shifting system. Special safety measures have been specially designed to avoid risks related to operator exposure to moving parts and extreme temperatures.

ACS is able to offer customized solutions thanks to its more than 60 years of experience in designing customized environmental simulation chambers, its technical know-how and the close attention given to the requests of all our customers.

FEATURES:

Example of a chamber built according to customer specifications.

  • Internal Dimensions: 2500x3000x2000 mm (LxDxH)
  • External Dimensions: 3200x5100x2700 mm (LxDxH)
  • Temperature range: -40°C / +150°C
  • Easy disassembly, relocation and assembly of the equipment, if necessary
  • Rate of temperature change, in accordance with IEC EN 60068-3-5 standards with 500 Kg steel specimen:
    • 1°C/min from +20°C to +150°C
    • 0.5°C/min from +20°C to -40°C
  • Automatic cell movement system with regard to the fixed floor
  • Vertically sliding front door
  • Service doors on both sides
  • Front panels for interface with hydraulic cyclic pedal actuation system

SOFTWARE:

The software for this type of chamber is an application that includes all the functions based on the specifications requested by the customer. The chamber has a built-in control panel for controlling and managing its functions. The chamber can also be controlled remotely using the WinKratos software or an equivalent application.
