KD-QH-3T
High payload Quick Release Drop Tester
Effective packaging design is crucial for large equipment to withstand impacts and falls during transportation. To ensure the effectiveness of the packaging protection design, reliability testing, verification, and analysis of the design are necessary before leaving the factory.
King Design has designed the KD-QH-3T model specifically for drop testing of large packaging equipment. This allows customers to conduct effective experiments and tests on large objects safely, reliably, and with precision. It enables engineers to strengthen packaging design and achieve optimization of packaging costs by providing a primary design basis.
The KD-QH-3T model can be connected to a hanging scale to determine the weight of the test object, and suitable accessories such as hanging rings or bags can be added for testing purposes.
Additionally, the KD-QH-3T is equipped with a power-off safety protection device. In the event of a power failure during testing, the equipment will remain suspended and will not release due to the power outage.
