King Design introduces the Environment Stress Screen (ESS) technique in Process of quality control procedure to help enterprises screen out the faulty component or process during manufacturing. The ESS process increases the MTBF and reliability of the products and reaches the aim of Total Quality Control (TQC).

Our drop tester will provide data digitizing and analyzing of your drop and striking while the products in transportation. The testing data will help you improve the packing and buffer materials.
Packaged drop test is applied to test the anti-vibration & covering capability of packaging material and the sufficiency of product’s impact-resisting capability regarding packaged products. And use the test result to determine how to improve the packaging design.

In the goal of helping local & foreign vendors on their test and calibration requirement, the company thus has established the KING DESIGN Laboratory Division, and through the "Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation, CNLA" (now the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation, TAF) certified, and with attained approval of the domestic and foreign many international manufacturer, became the fair third authentication experiment organization.
From now on, the KING DESIGN would follow the company's managing goal to positively develop the production, R&D and service in the communication, vibration, shock and environment test fields, make better work, pursue perfection as well as constantly improve quality and perform sustainable service to all clients.
