( Hail Impact Tester )

As a fact that solar panels or related equipment are placed under direct sunlight outdoors without shelter, they are vulnerable to the effects of climate change causing aging and damage; such as when under hail strike, solar panels or equipment are easy to be damaged from hail hits.. ( UV Preconditioning Tester )

( Mechanical Load Tester )

Complies with IEC 61646, IEC 61215 mechanical load test specification.
Air pressure is adjustable, output range is from 2400pa to 5400pa ±5% .
Maximum measurement range: 220 x 260 cm.
Apparatus structure material:aluminum-extruded.
Fixtures and holders can be customized design for requirement of testing module.

( Module Breakage Tester )

1. Destruction System Hardware:
(1) Test rack system: support, shielding cover, crane & fixed wall.
(2) Hit bag: FRP bag; 45kg of No.7.5 lead pills; hook, sleeve and hoisting ring.
(3) Attachment: electronic scale, stopwatch, digital caliper
2. Technical Index:
(1) Test rack dimension is 370cm x 240cm x 350cm; sufficient to install the 260cm x 220cm x 200cm test module and run test. Accept customized order.
(2) Test rack: made by a20 I-beam; coated by paint.
(3) Rack earthing: need 12mmx8 round holes to install anchor bolts.
(4) Test module fixing rack is made by two 2500mm 80x80mm standard aluminum beam in transverse direction; fixed on the I-beam of test surface by specific right-angle fixer; about 300mm above floor. The workable vertical space is about 2300mm; there are 2x2600mm aluminum beams installed in longitudinal direction and fixed by specific right-angle fixer on the transverse aluminum beam; the width is adjustable per test requirement.
(5) The impactor diameter at the bottom is about 200mm, tapered to the opening of about 35mm in diameter. The impactor is a catabash bag with lead pills enclosed; the total height is 330mm.
(6) Inside the impactor it is supported by 10mmx370mm screw rods, using two 76mmx5mmt metal washers to fix the bag bottom; the washers are fastened by 2x10mm nuts above and below it. The screw end is locked by eye-hole nut; above the eye-hole nut it is a 32mm metal sleeve located at the bag’s opening, fixed by two 10mmf nut above and below it. Use screw pipe clamp to clip the opening on the sleeve. The finished space between bag opening and bottom is 330mm. eye-hole nut is locked on top of screw rod, 75mm away from the bag opening.
(7) Impactor is suspended on the test rack by 3mm standard steel cord; the fixing point in the test rack shall be adjustable to adjust the distance between impactor and test module. When the impactor is stationary, the maximum distance away from the test surface is 13mm.
(8) The distance between the gravity center of impactor and the cord’s hanging point is 1,525mm.
(9) The impactor is a catabash bag with No.7.5 lead pills enclosed
(10) The impactor is covered by three rolls of 13mmx165m fiber tape from the diagonal line to cover the entire bag by overlapping.
(11) Use 3mm Y-cord to connect the upper and lower portion of impactor. The wire-terminal is equipped with round steel ring able to withstand at least 80kg; for the connection of quick-release hook.
(12) The crane capacity for impactor shall be greater than 100kg; with at least two speeds control switch powered by 220V. The crane is installed at rear part of test rack’s upper beam. The cord diameter shall be greater than 3mm. the cord goes through the upper beam of test rack to rack’s front; and falls down by pulley and connects to the impactor’s dragging cable through the quick-release hook.
(13) The quick-release hook shall be able to withstand at least 80kg load; the releasing pin diameter is connected by 2mm or above nylon cord; the nylon length shall exceed 3000mm.
(14) After hooking the impactor, the crane’s steel cord shall be able to rise the gravity center of impactor up to 1300mm in maximum.
(15) Use the impactor to impact the specimen at the height of 1220mm repeatedly for 10 times.
(16) After test is complete, the test rack shall not be deformed or welding path cracked.
(17) It shall meet the specification specified in manufacturer’s engineering drawings.

( Bypass Diode Thermal Test System )

1. Power: the heating board control panel uses 220V single-phase power.
2. Power consumption: 1.0KVA, 1000W(Max)
3. Volt: 220VAC
4. Current: 4.5A
5. Heating board: one controller per board
6. Power rate: room temperature raise to 75°C± 5°C within one minute.
7. Heating board dimension: 500mm x 1,000mm
8. 6-sheet electrical heating boards test: used to test the 2,200mm x 2,600mm module. It can be customer-designed.
9. The length of board power cable and thermal sensor cable shall exceed 3,000mm.
10. To get uniform heating effect, the electrical board is sandwiched by 2mm aluminum sheets at both sides of board.
11. Put two thermal sensors at the connection point of heating board and aluminum sheets and connect them to the heating board controller.
12. No deforming or quality-degrading condition occurred on the heating board: after installation and heated to 80°C and hold for two hours, repeat to run for 10 times with at least 30 minutes interval between two tests; use temperature meter to test the heating temperature, temperature is controlled at 80°C,± 5°C.
13. 20mm insulation board.
14. Software System:

( Robustness of Terminations Tester )

1. Cable test length is 450mm.
2. Pull the leading wire by 4.08kg in 170 o of angle.
3. X-axle: from 170o right swinging to 170o left.
4. Y-axle: from 170o up swinging to 170o down.
5. Z-axle: pull at 170 o and spin.

( Wet Leakage Current Test )

1. The tester complies with 10.15 of IEC 61215:25000, 10.15 of IEC 61646:2008, and Test Specification MST17 of IEC 61730:2004.
2. This tester can test solar equipment being damp or soaked in water; figuring out if the degraded power output t can meet the said specification or not.

( Thermal Cycling and Humidity-Freeze Test )

1. 10.4" TFT LCD, touch-type Chinese/English display controller.
2. Temperature/humidity setting procedure, LCD curve display device (set to “curve display”).

( Damp-Heat Tester )

A. Technical index:

2. Temperature range: 50°C~120°C
3. Humidity range: 20%~95% RH
4. Accuracy: 1) temperature ± 0.3°C;2) humidity ± 2.5% RH
5. Uniformity: 1) temperature ± 2.0°C;2) humidity ± 3.0% RH
6. Uniformity test: measured at T=85°C, RH=85%; set 9 points for temperature measurement and 2 points for humidity.
7. Inner wall is above 50 cm; within 20 min after temperature/humidity meets the setting value, the distribution uniformity of temperature/humidity can meet the aforesaid requirement.
8. Temperature descending speed (idle run): no less than 3°C/min. Temperature ascending speed (idle run): no less than 3°C/min.
9. Sample load 400kg: temperature rise – no less than 2.0°C /min; in the range of -40°C ~ +85°C.
10. Temperature down-no less than 2.0°C/min; in the range of -40°C ~ +85°C.
11. Humidity: follow IEC 61646-10.12 to make wet refrigeration test; if temperature rises up for 100°C per minute, when 85°C is reached, wait for 10 min. and humidity shall reach 85%RH ± 5%RH.
12. Dew point temperature range: 10°C to +85°C
13. Test space: 200 x 250 x 280 (W x H x D) cm double door, outer chamber size: 220 x 290 x 430 (W x H x D) cm

B. Itemized Introduction
Material Applied:
1. Inner/outer wall materials: apply SUS#304 plate.
2. Insulation material: imported high-strength PU foamed insulation material.
3. Condensate-proof parts: use K-type tube’s heating energy and membrane-type electrical heatig wire to prevent condensate.

Control System: apply OYO U8256; the RS232 interface can connect to PC and perform setting of temperature curveand temperature recording during test run. The touch-type T.F.T. LCD digital PLC or equivalent can perform 1200-point mode.

Refrigeration system: use imported power-saving closed-type compressor.

Heating System: apply SUS304 fin-type heating tube to heat up. The temperature up/down and humidity up/down system are completely independent.

Protection devices: use fuse-free protection switch; equipped with pressure and explosion protection devices.
Airflow circulating system: apply multi-blade fan, sealed-type motor, vertical proliferation, horizontal air-exchange and curved air circulation.

Attachments:

( Terminal Box Knock Out Tester )

Since the solar panels and power junction box are exposed to the sun and rain, therefore, if junction box can sustain for several years or even several decades without damaged and maintain normal supply of electricity, it will become critical equipment for the solar power parts manufacturers making quality assurance testing to their commodities.

( Cut Susceptibility Tester )

1. Equipment conforms to IEC61730 MST12 specification.
2. Pre- or post-round can be selected for control wiring connection.
3. With weights block’s positioning pin is removed before test; and is inserted in the rear positioning hole for the remaining time.
4. Equipped with rings at both front and rear end; used to connect a rope and control the driving direction.
5. Use replaceable special cutting chip.

( Conduit Bending Tester )

Equipment complies with IEC 61730-2:2004 MST 33 specification.
